(Berlin, September 7, 2022) Deutsche Bahn issued yesterday a private placement (ISIN: XS2532383051) via its financing subsidiary, Deutsche Bahn Finance GmbH. The twelve-year bond has a total volume of NOK 500 million (EUR 51 million) and bears a coupon of 4.370%.
The bond proceeds were swapped into Euros and will be used by Deutsche Bahn to increase its financial flexibility. The bond was placed via SEB as a private placement.
