(Berlin, August 22, 2022) Deutsche Bahn issued today a private placement (ISIN: XS2526829531) via its financing subsidiary, Deutsche Bahn Finance GmbH. The eighteen-year bond has a total volume of SEK 550 million (EUR 52 million) and bears a coupon of 3.511%.
The bond proceeds were swapped into Euros and will be used by Deutsche Bahn to increase its financial flexibility. The bond was placed via SEB as a private placement.
