(Berlin, April 16, 2024) Deutsche Bahn successfully issued a further € benchmark bond (ISIN: XS2808189760), the third bond in 2024, via its financing subsidiary, Deutsche Bahn Finance GmbH. The ten-year-bond has a total volume of EUR 500 million. The bond bears a coupon of 3.375%. The issuing price was 99.858% resulting in a yield of 3.392%.
The proceeds of the issue will be used by Deutsche Bahn to increase its financial flexibility. The bond was primarily placed to institutional investors from Europe and Asia.
The issuing consortium was jointly led by BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Morgan Stanley and NatWest Markets.
