(Berlin, August 28, 2015) The rating agency Standard & Poor’s (S&P) confirmed today its rating assessments of Deutsche Bahn AG (DB AG) and at the same time revised the outlook from “stable” to “negative”. The S&P ratings of DB AG are therefore unchanged “AA” (long-term) and “A-1+” (short-term).
The outlook revision reflects the opinion of S&P, that the weaker than expected revenue and profit development resulted in credits metrics that are still below S&Pʼs guidelines.
