Cost of capital
The cost of capital is derived in conformity with capital market conditions taking the sustainable nature of our control concept into consideration.
In order to take account of changes in market parameters, the cost of capital is updated annually. We take into account the long-term orientation of the control concept and smooth short-term fluctuations.
