There are no doubts as to Ms. Dohm's professional qualifications, integrity or proper conduct in office.
The first months of cooperation were characterized by a phase of in-depth coordination regarding the structure of decision-making processes, responsibilities and control mechanisms. It became clear that there are different ideas about the future structure of the function and key issues of corporate development.
The Supervisory Board and the Management Board would like to expressly thank Ms. Dohm for her work and her contribution during a challenging phase for the company.
