Our claim is to occupy excellent positions in key ESG ratings and rankings on the basis of our activities.

Our targets

We have set ourselves the target of harmonizing the dimensions three dimensions: economic, social and environmental in line with each other.

Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi)

In 2022, the Group made a commitment to SBTi to work toward achieving the 1.5-degree target and joined the United Nations Race to Zero Campaign.

Sustainability in payment

The structure of the variable payment of Management Board members, executives and other employee groups in DB Group is very much geared toward sustainability targets.
