Two further private placements in 2019 issued

Deutsche Bahn issued SEK bond (volume SEK 500 million) and AUD bond (volume AUD 115 million).

(Berlin, May 29, 2019) Deutsche Bahn successfully issued two further private placements via its financing subsidiary, Deutsche Bahn Finance GmbH. The bonds have a total volume of SEK 500 million (EUR 47 million) and AUD 115 million (EUR 71 million).

The bonds proceeds were each swapped into Euros. The proceeds of the new issues will be used by Deutsche Bahn to increase its financial flexibility.

The bonds were placed via SEB and Mizuho respectively as private placements to institutional investors from Sweden and Japan.
